What is Club Exotica Calgary ?
Club Exotica is a FUN, EXCITING, private upscale adult social club for adventurous couples and ladies. Club Exotica offers an alternative setting for couples to socialize in a safe classy enviroment. We are not open to the public, admittance is by membership or invitation only. We are not a sex/orgy club, attending guests and members vary from voyeurs to swingers, all members personal boundries are always respected at all events.
We're based on a foundation of respect, discretion, comfort and safety. We welcome open minded couples of varied comfort levels and those curious about thier personal boundries. The majority of our members are either curious or relatively new to having available an atmosphere that accepts without judgement of couples wishing to express sensual, seductive openness together, swinging, bi-sexuality, etc. While other members enjoy nudity, exhibitionism/ voyeurism, fetishes or just dressing sexy.
Our philosophy is that sexuality is healthy and should be explored in a consensual, respectfull and safe manner. No pressure or expectations are ever placed on other members or guests. Our focus is on friendship and mutual respect. This enables us to grow a membership of respectful like-minded individuals and couples. Some of our members are not into swinging, but they love to dress sexy and have a place to go to be seen and have a little fantasy, playful fun through various theme parties. Other members enjoy meeting like-minded people for friendship and possible relationship.
What does Club Exotica offer?
For members (couples and single women), we offer parties every Saturday night and select Fridays. These functions might be compared with a friendly adult house party - with a sexy edge! Many of these functions have a theme aspect to them, so those who love to dress for fantasy have the perfect opportunity to do so. We have a dance floor, great music, and a fantastically furnished, sexy atmosphere. Note that all events are private, by invitation only. We are NEVER OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. We do not sell alcohol.
As a new Guest, will I fit in at Club Exotica events?
Most new guests are nervous attending their first few functions. After that, they realize they are under no pressure to do or participate in anything they are not personally comfortable with. We strongly urge everyone to attend with no expectations. Simply come to have a relaxed social evening, maybe dance a little, maybe meet nice, sexy people and see the group having a nice evening out. If you're not too shy or nervous, try introducing yourself to others and they'll in turn introduce you to more people. You'll have more fun that way rather than sitting quietly in a corner. Unless, of course, you're content being a voyeur!
What's the acceptable way to dress up for event nights?
Dress however you feel comfortable. First-timers sometimes feel more at ease dressing as they normally would going out for a nice dinner or to a nightclub. You won't be out of place having some wardrobe fun and dressing according to theme. Everyone is open-minded and some are outright addicted to wearing the sexiest outfits that will grab attention. Put some creativity into it. Your evening is an escape from reality.
Does anyone have to do anything we're not comfortable with?
No one is expected to do anything they are not personally comfortable with. By all means, feel free to be playful but be yourself as long as you feel comfortable. We ask all members and Guests to be respectful of others personal boundries. We actively maintain a non-threatening, NO-PRESSURE environment. We ask all members to not do anything to make anyone else feel uncomfortable. You might see a lot of flirting, varying degrees of nudity and playfulness. If other people are touching each other that does not mean anyone else can get involved. There also is no pressure to dress according to theme. Some people enjoy wearing sexy outfits but for those who do not, they are still in good company as not everyone enjoys the clothing aspect. All members accept everyone for who they are.
What are the parties like? What can I expect
As a rule of thumb, it's a good idea to come with no expectations other than to have an enjoyable, no-pressure time. Generally, you won't find people talking about where they work or what they do because everyone is there to escape reality and explore that 'other side' of themselves. Some of the evenings can be sexy, wild with lots of friendly exciting interaction, while others are a little more on the mild, gentle side. Mostly, couples enjoy each others company, dance and/or meet and mingle. No two evenings are alike. Sometimes you'll be in a real energetic party and other times you'll notice the evening is somewhat more subdued and intimate. It all depends on who is there and what mood they're in. One thing is for sure - how much fun you have all depends on YOU.
What are your existing members like?
Our members are adults from all walks of life, nationalities and backgrounds. Generally, our members are respectful, open minded, sexually adventurous couples, single females or committed triads. Ages range from early 20s to 60s. Generally, our members are respectful couples and single females. Almost all of our members who are couples tell us they are in a stable, loving relationship with each other. They are able to have open and honest communication and are comfortable with exploring their sexuality and/or fantasies with each other. The majority of members who join us come with no expectations other than to mingle with sexy people and have a good time.
Can I bring a friend or another couple to a function?
We are a private membership-based club. To attend an event you must have an invitation issued by us or a current membership number. Members are allowed to attend as many events as they wish. Everyone who attends a function must present either a guest pass given by Club Exotica or a full membership card at the door. We pride ourselves on our application process. If you know of someone who is interested, please have them approach us through the regular channels, that is, have them visit this website and contact us as you have. It helps if they let us know who referred them to us. We do not ever permit anyone to walk in off the street, we are not open to the public ever.
How many members attend each event?
Not all members make it out to each event. There is no way of predicting this.
Does Club Exotica provide connections?
Sorry, we do not provide after club hours connections. If you wish to connect with a couple of interest please make your intentions known when you meet.
Where and when are the parties held
All functions are held at a privately owned location. The location is kept confidential from the general public. This clean facility is tastefully furnished, has a dance floor, a quieter upper level, seating on both levels, and basically everything you need for a fun party. We are a smoke-free facility, members who wish to smoke are welcome to partake outdoors. The address of the club is divulged only to members and prospective members who are provided with guest pass from us. Our door opens at 9 PM on the nights of our functions and we close around 2 am.
Does the Club Exotica have any polices or rules?
Yes, the following are the Club Policies and Rules:
1) We have a zero tolerance policy at Club Exotica events and functions. We will not tolerate Excessive Drinking, Abnoxious intoxication or Drug Use.
2) We expect that everyone be treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We do not promote pressure or aggressive behavior.
3) Please respect other people's personal boundries. NO means NO!! Without question!
4) Uninvited and/or non-consensual touching or grabbing will not be tolerated .
5) No illegal sexual activity will be allowed or tolerated.
6) If you encounter any problems or difficulties while at the club, please bring it to the attention of the host immediately. (The Host will deal with the issue in a discrete fashion.)
7) No Dress Code here. Wear what you feel comfortable in; cleanliness is a must. The Host reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone we feel might offend other members by their appearance. We are offering a friendly no hassle environment to our guests and members. Please respect each members and guests desires or non-desires as they might be your own.
What if we belong to other clubs? Can we join?
Absolutely! Variety is the spice of life! Some of our members also belong to other clubs. Just as we're not for everyone, everyone is not for the other clubs. It's a good idea to check out all your options and feel free to enjoy the other clubs.
What does membership to this club include?
Members are entitled to attend any or all parties that are hosted every Saturday. We provide the facility, the atmosphere and members with common attitudes about sexual openness. We do not sell alcohol. We supply glasses, ice, utensils, munchies, etc.
Club Exotica memberships may provide discounts to some of the Adult Lingerie stores located in Calgary. We are always working on other benefits for our members.
How do I become a member?
1) We'll first need to get to know you better. Please write a little paragraph about yourself. This should include city of residence, interests, stability of current relationship, couples mutual interest and acceptance of being curious to the openess of club events. We may respond with additional questions and we encourage you to do the same.
2) Applicants will be sent a guest pass via email to one regular function. Note: We only allow couples and single females to attend our events. A female or couple must accompany all males; no single males will be admitted.
3) Once you get your guest pass we will ask you to come earlier in the evening before regular members arrive. When you arrive you will be greeted by your hosts and be given a tour of the club and give you an opportunity to ask any questions. You will be required to complete a membership form; full name, age, form of contact (email is preferred). We need to see identification, sorry no false names will be accepted, the membership form will be maintained on file and you will be registered electronically. Please note attending as a guest does not guarantee that membership status will be granted, acceptance is a mutually agreed upon process by Club Exotica and yourselves.
4) If you think the club is right for you, just express your interest to the hosts that you would like to come back again and become a member, it is that simple. If you need sometime to think about it just let us know by e-mail and express that you would like to join as a member.
5) Once membership is requested and dues are paid, you will get a membership number the next time you attend an event. Members will be sent newsletters to all upcoming club events and offerings or you can check out our website for the latest news. You are required to present your membership number at each function you attend; members are entitled to attend all Club Exotica Social Events.
